Madelana Ferrara-Mattheis
Madelana Ferrara-Mattheis, MA, RYT-500, has a master’s degree in exercise physiology with training in meditation, yoga, hypnosis, Thai Yoga, and the Trager Approach to psychoemotional integration. Until 2006, she codirected yoga teacher training at Starseed in Montclair, New Jersey, where she is a senior teacher, and she is the coauthor of a book with Father Anthony J. Randazzo entitled Beatitudes, Christ and the Practice of Yoga.
