Marti Wolfson

Marti Wolfson is a nationally recognized culinary wellness educator, teaching health professionals and the general public how to use the power of food, nutrition, and mind-body tools to maximize health and well-being and prevent chronic illness. She has worked in the integrative wellness field for the last 14 years as a health practitioner, culinary educator, public speaker, writer, and consultant. Marti serves on the faculty of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and Maryland University of Integrative Health, and was a TEDxCapeMay speaker in 2014. She is the founder of MW Culinary Wellness, LLC, a private practice based in New York City.
