Melanie Klein
Melanie Klein, a professor of sociology and women’s studies, is coeditor of the award-winning anthology Yoga and Body Image and a contributing author for 21st Century Yoga: Culture, Politics and Practice. Cofounder of the Yoga and Body Image Coalition, she is a media literacy advocate and body image activist who has been featured in Conversations with Modern Yogis, LA Yoga Magazine, Mantra Yoga + Health, Ms. Magazine, Yoga Journal, and Yoga International, and on the websites Adios Barbie and Feministing.
