Nina Hersher is the founder of the Digital Resilience Lab, a lead teacher at the Digital Wellness Institute, and author of Your Playbook for Thriving in the Remote Work Era. As a highly sought-after speaker known for her expertise in modern stress, she is also cofounder of the annual Digital Wellness Day, which was publicly endorsed by the United States Surgeon General in 2024 and has reached over 17 million people in 64 countries. Nina holds a specialized master's degree in digital culture and program development. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Stanford Social Innovation Review, Al Jazeera, and Voice of America. She has presented internationally on various platforms, from retreat centers and corporations to conferences such as Wisdom 2.0, Spotify, Dolby, and the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture.

Nina’s pioneering work in Digital Wellness, including cofounding the Digital Flourishing® wheel and approach, led to the creation of the first scientifically validated survey instrument to measure well-being in the digital era. She also developed the first nationally accredited certified Digital Wellness Educator program, an educational impact partnership with the Emmy award-winning documentary The Social Dilemma, and two internationally renowned universities. Nina sits on the advisory boards of four digital wellness-focused organizations and was recently asked to serve on The Workplace Well-being Initiative Task Force at The Global Wellness Institute. She holds additional credentials, including being a facilitator for Oasis in the Overwhelm™.
