Peggy Cappy
Peggy Cappy, author of Yoga for All of Us, is creator of the Yoga for the Rest of Us programs for PBS. She is a master at adapting yoga postures that are accessible and enjoyable for every body. For more than 50 years, Peggy has been practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and guided relaxation, helping others create greater comfort and ease in body, mind, and spirit. She has created many yoga DVDs and CDs to make her teachings widely available.
