Pooja Virani

Presenter

Pooja Virani (she/her) is a pain-free movement specialist and social justice consultant on a mission to spread joy, foster equality, and help people reach their highest potential. She is the creator of Rehabilitative Yoga, as well as the six-week course called Pain-Free Hips & Knees. Pooja specializes in pain-free movement, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC yoga, and social justice education for yoga teachers, community leaders, and businesses. In addition to teaching people how to overcome chronic pain and find freedom within, she works to make yoga, community, and professional spaces more diverse, equitable, and accessible.
