Priti Robyn Ross

Priti Robyn Ross, E-RYT 500, is an author, inspirational speaker, and international workshop leader for more than 25 years. She has had a connection to Kripalu since 1984 and has directed multiple 200 and 500-hour teacher trainings in Kripalu Yoga, Prana Yoga, Pranotthan Yoga, and Integrative Yoga Therapy. Priti has pioneered adaptive yoga and wellness programs at major New York City hospitals and health institutions as well as developed stress management programs for various corporations worldwide. She is a contributing author in two medical textbooks on the therapeutic applications of yoga and has been featured on network television and leading magazines. Priti is affectionally known as "the self-care specialist" and is known for her big heart, deep wisdom, and boundless passion in supporting others to unleash their infinite potential. Her book Recalculating: Tools to Realign and Redirect your Life will be released in 2023.
