Rob Patzig
Rob Patzig set out on the spiritual path more than 30 years ago and has seen firsthand how meditation and yoga can bring radical personal transformation and relief from suffering of all kinds. After 20 years in corporate finance, Rob left his career to focus on service, or karma yoga, helping others discover the benefits of bringing spiritual practice into daily life. He has taught meditation and yoga for more than a decade and is known for a playful, warm, and accessible style. As a student of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and president of Ligmincha International, a global sangha of Tibetan Bön Buddhism, Rob is dedicated to preserving and sharing the ancient teachings of Bön.

Tsa Lung: Ancient Breathing and Movement Practices for Healing and Awakening
