Rouben Madikians

Rouben Madikians is passionate about discovering ways to create vibrant health through diet, exercise, study, contemplation, and the release of past trauma (samskaras). He has cultivated his own style of yoga and awareness, which creates an atmosphere of self-acceptance and fun, and invites a dynamic exploration of body, mind, and soul. Combining his meditation practice, passion for bodywork, knowledge of anatomy, and studies of therapeutic yoga, Rouben creates a safe exploration of body movement. His students experience movement in a whole new way, bringing together breath, strength, flexibility, grace, relaxation, and contemplation, often moving beyond previously perceived limits.
