Schuyler Grant

Schuyler Grant is cocreator of the Wanderlust Festival and director of Kula Yoga Project in New York City. Developer of a popular style of vinyasa called Kula Flow, known for its emphasis on intelligent alignment and creativity, she has been singled out by the New York Times as the go-to teacher in New York City for advanced-level practice. Schuyler’s teaching integrates bandha work into the traditional blend of breath and asana.
