Selene Kumin Vega

Selene Kumin Vega, PhD, LMFT, is a psychotherapist in private practice, workshop leader, and dancer as well as adjunct faculty at Saybrook University’s School of Mind-Body Medicine, and associate core faculty at Sofia University. Selene’s work with movement and other modalities evolved over many years of teaching and developing experiential approaches to facilitating self-exploration, connection, centering, and transformation. She has published chapters on the use of mind-body and psychospiritual approaches in the treatment of anxiety and the use of movement practices in psychotherapy. Selene was editor of the Spiritual Emergence Network Newsletter, and is coauthor of The Sevenfold Journey: Reclaiming Mind, Body, and Spirit Through the Chakras.
