Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown, MS, PCC, is a coach, author, and trainer who specializes in culturally aware coaching and community applications of coaching. As a senior faculty member at Leadership that Works, Sharon coleads one of the nine-month Coaching for Transformation coach certification cohorts, trains new leaders, and codevelops the multicultural coaching curriculum. Sharon brings heart connection and spiritual presence into her work as a coach and trainer. Her intuition, sensitivity, and passion support her students, clients, and community partners to deepen awareness, express their authentic voice, and develop more creative solutions that lead to personal, organizational, and community change. Sharon coauthored the book Coaching for Transformation: Pathways to Ignite Personal and Social Change.
