Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN, is a culinary nutritionist, author, radio show host, educator, speaker, and consultant who has studied food and healing for 25 years. Stefanie holds a master’s degree in nutrition education from Columbia University, and is a certified nutrition specialist, a certified dietitian nutritionist, and a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Stefanie is author of the book What the Fork Are You Eating? and the blog, What the Fork Weekly, which features her Stirring the Pot radio show.
