Tiffany Cruikshank
Tiffany Cruikshank, LAc, MAOM, E-RYT 500, is a yoga teacher and author trained in acupuncture and sports medicine. Known as a yoga teacher’s teacher, she combines more than two decades of yoga practice and study in holistic medicine with more than 10 years of working with patients. Tiffany’s classes are guided by a strong focus on anatomy and using movement therapeutically. She is creator of Yoga Medicine, a thorough, anatomy-based system that trains teachers to work more powerfully with their students.
