Tom Myers


Tom Myers, LMT, directs Anatomy Trains, which offers courses in manual therapy and the anatomy of movement worldwide. Tom is author of the acclaimed Anatomy Trains book and has also written numerous book chapters and articles in trade magazines and journals. He developed the Anatomy Trains myofascial meridians from a combination of his integrative bodywork practice and teaching anatomy to his students. This map, which connects the muscles into functional units through the fascial fabric, has been taken up with enthusiasm by a variety of body-oriented practitioners who use it for rehabilitation and performance enhancement. Tom studied with Ida Rolf, Moshe Feldenkrais, and Buckminster Fuller. He has practiced integrative bodywork for 40 years.
