Valerie Carrigan

Valerie Carrigan is an artist and educator who has exhibited in galleries across the country. As the proprietor of Messenger Press in western Massachusetts, she produces artist books and prints that focus on the intersection of the natural world and the human spirit. Valerie was the 2015 Book Artist in Residence at Maine Media Workshops + College. Her work can be found in the Smith College Book Arts Collection and the University of Vermont Art of the Book Collection, among others.
