This May, join long-time Kripalu faculty Maria Sirois for a four-week online series and explore the latest understandings of resilience and how to incorporate them into your daily life. 

Much of what we know to be true in resilience has been amplified by more than three decades of research in the field of positive psychology. We can now take the science of strength and positivity to become steadier and begin to enjoy our lives. Learn how to both remain calm and build strength and lightheartedness despite the chaos that surrounds us.

Explore what it means to lead from the best of yourself, even when you are asked to face chronic stress. This is a program designed for anyone ready to move past struggle into a generative, meaningful, and happier life.
