Reclamation
The holy work of welcoming home the parts of you that you cut off to belong
A Holy Rebellion
Many of us learned early which parts of us were welcome and which ones weren't. Our anger, sensuality, big feelings, sensitivity, wildness, how much we wanted, or how much space we took up. And so we cut them off—not because something was wrong with us but because we were wise, because we were hardwired to belong and to be loved, and shrinking was the price of that.
Those parts never actually left us. They moved into the unconscious, and often they're quietly shaping so much of our lives without us even knowing it. They've been waiting this whole time to be welcomed home.
In this retreat, we'll descend back into our bodies to reclaim those holy parts. Through shadow work and meditation, breath work and ecstatic dance, play and creativity and journaling, and a lot of levity and laughter, we'll meet what we exiled with so much love and compassion. We'll let those parts speak, and move, and take up room again. This is a holy rebellion. It's the reclaiming of our wholeness—all of it, even the parts that felt broken off.
