Nourish and Replenish

Yoga provides a wellspring from which we can be nourished and replenished. This retreat takes a fourfold approach to generating more vitality.

Postural practice will promote vigor and energy, whatever your level and ability (you'll do what you can and grow from there). Pranayama (breath control) will balance your physiology so you can be less reactive and more responsive, empowering you to take actions aligned with the life you want. Meditation will help you to disidentify with thoughts, so the mind is less depleting, and as the thoughts settle, clarity will become yours. Yoga philosophy and precepts for yogic living offer ways of being that promote peace.
