Bio
Rachel Stine, M.Ed., E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a multidisciplinary educator, mentor, and guide whose work bridges yoga, Ayurveda, and immersive nature-based experiences. With over 20 years of experience spanning education, yoga instruction, and outdoor leadership, she brings a deeply integrative perspective to her teaching, guiding others through movement, learning, and connection with roots in the classroom, the yoga studio, and the natural world. She holds a master’s degree in education with certifications in elementary and special education, along with a reading specialist certification, and serves as adjunct faculty at East Stroudsburg University and Kutztown University.
Rachel is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Yoga (500-hour certification) and the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, and has completed advanced training through the Kripalu School of Outdoor Leadership (Levels 1 and 2).Her work is further supported by certifications as an ANFT forest therapy guide and an ACA-certified kayak and stand-up paddleboard instructor, as well as her background as a Reiki master, Thai massage therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and health coach. Rachel is known for her creative, accessible sequencing and her ability to create welcoming spaces for all. She leads transformational retreats locally, nationally, and internationally. Through her classes, workshops, and retreats, she invites students to reconnect—with themselves, with community, and with nature.
