She is a Certified Clinical Trauma professional, author of Easy Somatic Exercises for Everyone, and founder of Strong at the Core Counseling. Toni specializes in helping adults heal from early attachment wounds and relational trauma. She presents locally and nationally on emotional regulation, self-care, and trauma-informed care for military, educational, and professional audiences.
