Bio
Jess Frey (she/her) is a 1,000-hour Kripalu Yoga educator, life coach, and artist who has been devoted to the Kripalu path for more than a decade. She has served in a variety of roles, including lead faculty for R&R, the Kripalu Schools, and currently facilitates yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, and silent retreats. Jess also designs and develops curriculum for Kripalu’s experiential programs and workshops.
Deeply committed to personal and professional growth, she mentors fellow teachers and supports the ongoing evolution of Kripalu’s learning community. Her work lives at the intersection of presence and transformation rooted in compassionate inquiry and the practice of living yoga as an embodied way of being. Jess invites others into the unfolding process where insight is slowly revealed.
Jess co-creates spaces that invite connection, curiosity, and self-discovery. She believes community is sacred container for healing and collective awakening—together is how we find our way. Her passion and expertise include post-traumatic growth, addiction recovery, embodied presence, creativity, and supporting others in living the truth of who they are.
With more than 20 years of dedicated practice, leadership, and study, Jess is known for her authenticity, depth, and heart-centered approach. Her presence meets you where you are—and gently calls you forward into what is ready to emerge.
