Former Dean of the Kripalu School of Yoga
Liza Bertini, E-RYT 500, is the Former Dean of the Kripalu School of Yoga. Teaching is Liza’s life-calling and for the past 18 years, she has been mentoring, training, and creating experiences to help people live more healthy, mindful, and meaningful lives. A Kripalu Yoga teacher, Liza’s teaching is passionate, deliberate, light-hearted, and rooted in the belief that yoga reveals a deeper understanding of who we are. Formerly, Liza owned a yoga studio for 15 years in NJ and then served as the Director of Kripalu Programming, in which she managed the programming and faculty for R&R, Kripalu Programs, and RISE™. Liza lives in the Berkshires with her two greatest teachers, her 9-year-old twins.
