Andrew Harvey is an internationally acclaimed poet, novelist, translator, and spiritual teacher. He has taught at Oxford University, Cornell University, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, the California Institute of Integral Studies, and Wisdom University, as well as many churches and spiritual centers throughout the world. He has written and edited more than 30 books, including The Way of Passion, The Direct Path, The Hope, and The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. Andrew was the subject of the BBC documentary The Making of a Modern Mystic. He is founder and director of the Institute for Sacred Activism.
