Angel Grant served as cofounder of Yoga in Common and is cofounder of Death Over Dinner and Drugs Over Dinner. Since 2010, she has led teacher trainings focused on emotional and somatic intelligence. In 2011, she created The Yoga Bus and traveled the country to help heal traumas in populations with little access to support. Angel, who has worked alongside Dr. Gabor Maté in trauma-healing retreats, now leads programs and is a high-level coach. Her topics include how to face death and dying, how to heal the root of addiction, how to integrate past traumas, and how to restore authenticity and purpose in your life.
