Bio
Dr. Amy Rothenberg has practiced as a licensed naturopathic physician since 1986. Her book, You Finished Treatment, Now What? A Field Guide for Cancer Survivors is an Amazon bestseller and winner of a Nautilus Book Award. Dr. Rothenberg was the long-time medical editor for the Institute for Natural Medicine. She has offered hundreds of public-facing talks and guest lectures at medical schools, colleges, for industry, and the public. She served on the Amherst Board of Health for six years and VP of the Board of the Amherst Survival Center, which provides free food, medical care, and community for people in need. She currently sits on the board of Everyday Wellbeing. Dr Rothenberg is a founder of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians’ 2017 Physician of the Year. Through the New England School of Homeopathy, together with Dr. Paul Herscu, she has trained thousands of practitioners and had the opportunity to travel the world through teaching and volunteer efforts. When not working in the world of medicine and healing, you can find her enjoying the good life in Western Massachusetts, with friends and family, puttering in the garden, the kitchen, her art room, or on the ballroom dance floor!
