Eniafe Isis Adewale is a aclaimed writer, thought leader, creative, and strategist who has made a career out of bringing ideas to life. Her leap into independence began at the age of 16 when she journeyed 3,000 miles from home to study in New York City with the Dance Theatre of Harlem. After graduating with a degree in sociology, from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, Eniafe began her tenure at Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation. With the use of her natural abilities to both create and organize, Eniafe became one of the driving forces behind the Foundation’s most prominent events and fundraisers.
Since her departure from the company in 2010, Eniafe has flexed some entrepreneurial muscle and has continued to work with brands and projects, including Beats by Dr. Dre, Black Girls Rock, I AM OTTHER, Jordan Brand, Life is Beautiful, NIKE, The Food Network and Cooking Channel as an event producer, project manager, and magic maker. In 2016, Eniafe established E.X.I. Concepts, an independent agency offering creative direction and production solutions for live experiences and visual content. In 2018, Eniafe founded ALL HER WORDS, a journey-telling platform dedicated to honoring the voices and experiences of a fuller spectrum of women. Currently residing in Los Angeles, California, Eniafe continues to bring her work and wisdom to life through various offerings.
