Eric Johnson is the CEO of The Luckiest Club, co-host of the Inside Job Podcast, and co-host of the Dear Vernon Podcast. He is also a certified executive coach, adventurer, runner, Wilderness First Responder, and 90s grunge rock music fanatic. Eric aspires to be a “Bodhi” for individuals who want to stop the cycle of self-destruction and engage in the process of self-construction. He believes humankind can best accomplish that through the combination of community, adventure, awe, and coaching.  

Prior to joining The Luckiest Club, Eric spent more than a decade at Indiana University, where he was the Executive Director of Graduate Career Services, the Director of the MBA Leadership Academy, and a faculty member for the Management & Entrepreneurship and the Marketing Departments.  

A corporate refugee, Eric also spent a decade with Eli Lilly & Company in roles that spanned market research, brand management, operations, and sales. His appreciation of the Beatles and Premier League Football was honed while the Chief Marketing Officer for the United Kingdom.  

Eric resides in Bloomington, Indiana, and when he is not working he is either turning wrenches as the go-kart crew chief for his son, Brayden, or playing lacrosse with his daughter, Siena. He is currently riding a 457-game losing streak at Sorry!
