She previously served as Chief Programming & Innovation Officer at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she led transformative programming, strategic innovation, and equity-centered initiatives that expanded access to embodied wisdom, creativity, and collective liberation. Her leadership helped shape immersive experiences that bridged wellness, creativity, and regenerative leadership.

As a guide and facilitator, Eset leads immersive programs including Walking the Ancestral Way: Journeying with Earth-Based Wisdom & Ritual, the Sacred Artist Residency, Transformational Leadership Retreats, and Divine Embodiment. Her teachings invite participants into direct relationship with the land, the body, and the creative intelligence that moves through all life.

Earlier in her career, Eset spent over two decades as a creative and business partner to Alicia Keys, contributing to Grammy-winning albums, world tours, philanthropic initiatives, and landmark creative ventures. This work grounded her in the realities of cultural influence, artistic stewardship, and leadership at scale.
