Jayson Gaddis, MA, is the founder of The Relationship School® and host of the Smart Couple podcast. He was a licensed psychotherapist for 10 years, a Vajrayana Buddhist meditator for five years, and is now a speaker, author, and relationship teacher. Jayson is on a mission to reach one million teens and young adults with formal relationship education. He was an emotionally blocked man for years until he did the inner work required to secure a thriving partnership with his wife. They’ve been married since 2007, have two beautiful kids, and live in Boulder, Colorado.
