Joan (Joni) White-Hansen is a senior JourneyDance facilitator on the teacher training staff and has been a teacher of JourneyDance for 15 years. Trained in the Embodied Transformation Methods, she guides opportunities for others to reach for the possibility and inherent desire to feel whole and to experience joy; creating the life they choose from a place of strength and inner knowing. As a self-created painter, art educator, and seeker of various creative expressions, Joni has designed a program, Dancing your Soul Art which weaves together transformative aspects of dance ritual in combination with the expressive arts of painting, drawing and voice work. Tapping into the abundant resources of our creative spirits and giving them a voice and space is a moving force in her life.
