Bio
Judy Weaver, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, CEMLC, is a yoga therapist, author, and educator with more than 35 years of experience helping people heal and reconnect through mindful movement, breath, and awareness.
She founded Connected Warriors, the first international nonprofit to bring trauma-conscious yoga to active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Her evidence-based protocols have reached thousands through programs with the Chopra Center, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Defense.
A leader in yoga therapy, Judy serves on the Ethics Working Group of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and contributes to the Yoga Alliance Standards Review. Honored by Yoga Journal as a 2021 Game Changer, she continues to guide others toward resilience and post-traumatic growth through her BodyMind Recalibrate framework—an integration of yoga therapy, neuroscience, and empowerment coaching. Her work invites students to realign within, rediscover balance, and awaken the body’s innate capacity to heal from the inside out.
