Bio
Justin Senense is an award-winning speaker, personal trainer, mindfulness teacher, energy healer, and wellness coach who has spent more than 15 years helping people reconnect with their bodies and cultivate lasting well-being. He has guided hundreds of busy people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities on their health, wellness, and fitness journeys by integrating movement, meditation, breathwork, nutrition, energy healing, and compassionate self-inquiry. In 2022, his talk From Shame to Shine won the Speaker Slam Inspirational Speaking Competition, placing first among 73 speakers.
Certified through the American Academy of Personal Training, Justin is also a first-degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and received his Dharma Yoga and Mindfulness certification from Spirit Rock Meditation Center and intuitive energy healing training from Sedona Healing Arts. He has taught at the Omega Institute, New York Insight Meditation Center, and many other wellness centers, fitness studios, and retreat programs, creating experiences that blend movement, meditation, and compassionate presence to support whole-person well-being.
As a professional actor and singer, whose career has taken him to stages across the United States and Europe, Justin brings warmth, creativity, and joyful authenticity to every workshop. Together with Anu Gupta, he co-created PAUSE™, an embodied, integrative well-being methodology that weaves together movement, music, meditation, and interspiritual wisdom to help people come home to their bodies, hearts, and souls.
