Bio

As a Food as Medicine Chef and Culinary Coach, Laura Klein focuses on the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and healthy home cooking. Through her business, Well Seasoned Coaching, Laura partners with lifestyle medicine practices to develop, create, and deliver healthy, fun cooking classes that focus on culinary medicine techniques, education, nutrition information, and tools. Her clients include NuCook, Plant Docs, Synergy Private Health, Mass General Brigham Hospital, and PAVING the Path to Wellness program. In addition, Laura is faculty for the Clinicians CHEF Coaching program through Harvard Medical School and co-developed and teaches the plant-based cooking series at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.

Laura’s coaching credentials include certifications from the Coaches Training Institute, Wellcoaches, the American Council on Exercise, the Clinicians CHEF Coaching program, and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Additionally, Laura holds a certificate in culinary nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute and graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Laura is passionate about cooking, eating, and helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle and is always ready to talk food!
