Lauren Ash is a founder, healing artist, and writer holding space for Black creatives to heal and expand through the gifts of grace, surrender, and unconditional love. Known for her visionary leadership centering Black women’s well-being in the wellness industry, she founded Black Girl in Om—an international wellness community. A wellness practitioner with certifications in yoga and breathwork, she has a particularly powerful and honed gift for holding space, meditation, and deep presence. 

Lauren creates meaningful immersive experiences for visionary Black creatives to connect—algorithm and marketing free. Her creative studio is where she shares her art, documents her life, and hosts invite-only gatherings for Black creatives rooted in intimacy, joy, and transformation. Lauren has repeatedly been recognized as a trailblazer in the contemporary wellness movement. She has been affirmed for “fostering a community of healing” by the New York Times, declared “a master practitioner of #blackgirlmagic” by Well+Good, recognized as "one of the most important voices in the wellness industry” by Shape, featured on Essence’s “Woke 100” List, and signaled as one of Wanderlust’s “35 under 35 in Wellness to Watch.”
