A graduate of Columbia University, Lizzie Lasater translates her training in art history and architecture into curated digital courses, restorative yoga workshops, a 3D-printed jewelry collection, and her Sunday Savasana Series newsletter. Born in San Francisco, Lizzie currently lives in Salzburg, Austria, where she spends her days wrangling twin toddler boys.
