Bio
Madeline Giles (she/her) is a somatic guide, breath teacher, herbalist, and dreamworker who has been teaching classes, mentoring individuals, and leading retreats for over a decade. Her work supports people in reconnecting with the wisdom of body, breath, dreams, and the natural world. Madeline holds a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and is trained in somatic trauma resolution, breathwork, and both folk and clinical herbalism. Her approach is further shaped by years of study and practice in dreamwork, nervous system nourishment, and relational herbalism. She is the author of Then I Woke Up: Dreaming with Mother Earth (2024), a lyrical exploration of dreams and Earth-centered spirituality. Through retreats, mentorship, and online programs, Madeline creates spaces that invite deeper listening and reconnection with self, soul, and the natural world.
