Bio
Marysia Miernowska is an herbalist, teacher, author, earth activist, gardener, green witch and director of the School of the Sacred Wild. Her work and devotional practices are centered around the mission of supporting a deepening of the love and regenerative relationship between the Earth and people for the mutual healing of both human and plant communities. Through the School of the Sacred Wild, Marysia runs a yearly online apprenticeship teaching herbal medicine, regenerative farming practices, Earth magick, holistic healing, and plant spirit communication. As an activist, she draws on her background of community organizing; she keeps her feet rooted by designing and tending medicinal and sacred gardens using permaculture and biodynamic practices. She consults herbal companies and farms, formulates natural remedies, writes, speaks, and teaches internationally. She has authored the book The Witch’s Herbal Apothecary: Rituals & Recipes for a Year of Earth Magick and Sacred Medicine Making and is the formulator and cofounder of Sacred Rituel, an all-organic regenerative anti-aging skincare line.
