Mukta Kaur Khalsa, PhD, director of SuperHealth®, conducts workshops worldwide on SuperHealth technology for healthcare professionals, yoga teachers and students, and people seeking a healthy lifestyle. She directed the first yogic-based specialized hospital for substance abuse and mental health in Tucson, Arizona. Mukta is also the special representative to the Office of Drug Control and Crime in Vienna, Austria, and she trained personally with Yogi Bhajan for 30 years. Her publications include a research article in the Journal of Ethnicity and Substance Abuse; her books, Meditations for Addictive Behavior, Healing Addictive Behavior, Curb the Urge, Parenting with Confidence, and the SuperHealth manuals “SuperHealth: Technology,” and “SuperHealth: Principles and Practices.”
