Nico Allen is a 5Rhythms teacher, trained actor, vocal artist, and somatic explorer who helps people unleash the power hidden in their cells. Nico teaches us that through play, curiosity, and discovery, we can ask the body to show us where to go to access our most radical, fully expressed aliveness and wake up to the full spectrum brilliance inside us. Based in Brooklyn, Nico offers one-on-one somatic work and leads the epic 5Rhythms series BODYWERK, redefining just how liberating and healing a dance floor can be.
