Niyonu Spann is the founder of Beyond Diversity 101™ and brings more than 25 years as an organization development practitioner, singer-songwriter, and community activator.  Her offerings focus on root-level transformation for individuals, organizations, and communities. Niyonu leads a Connecticut-based project that she co-founded called Co-Creating Effective & Inclusive Organizations (CEIO). In 2020, Niyonu founded her music production company, NUYONI, and in 2021 released a new solo album, Spirit Fuel.
