Paula Hines

Bio

Paula Hines is a yoga teacher and practitioner with more than twenty years of experience. She is an expert in a variety of styles, including hatha yoga, restorative yoga, Yin Yoga, and yoga nidra. Paula's own experience of using yoga as a tool for transformation and aid in recovery from injury, trauma, and stress has led her to train as a teacher after fourteen years of working in the TV industry. The practice fuels her desire to share the life-enhancing benefits of yoga with others. Paula is also a writer with script-writing credits for the BBC and has written for OM Yoga Magazine since 2012.
