Tara Bennett-Goleman, MA, is an author, educator, psychotherapist, and cofounder of Regenerative Connections™. Her postgraduate studies were at the Cognitive Therapy Center of New York. She is author of the New York Times best-seller Emotional Alchemy, which has been translated into 29 languages, and of Mind Whispering. She is a longtime meditator in the Insight and Dzogchen traditions. Tara spearheaded and helped develop the Compassionate Leadership summit with global compassionate leaders and young changemakers.
