Join Kripalu lead faculty Yuval Samburski for an inner exploration into the life-changing possibilities of this ancient book. This online program offers a unique chance to dive deep into a study of this celebrated scripture with a light heart, open mind, and authentic curiosity. 

Through sangha discussions and lectures, you will:

  • Unpack the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a 2500-year-old text, in an accessible way. 
  • Learn and understand some staples of yogic philosophy as described by Patanjali. 
  • Embark on a spiritual journey toward deeper understanding of yourself. 

This program is suitable for both yoga students and teachers. Hours are recognized and can be counted towards Yoga Alliance higher education hours.

NOTE Please come to each session with a copy of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. A specific version is recommended above but other versions of this texts are also warmly welcomed. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
