The Deep Heart Exploring The Portal to Presence

To live from the deep heart means to be intimate with your true nature, to be aligned with a sense of intrinsic purpose, and to be in service to a greater whole. Join John and Christiane Prendergast as they guide you to see through core-limiting beliefs, tap into your deepest inner knowing, and embrace a field of spacious awareness.

Through meditation, movement, and discussion, learn how to

  • Experience greater self-love, self-acceptance, self-intimacy, and self-trust
  • Liberate essential qualities of being such as wisdom, love, gratitude, joy, and compassion
  • Awaken the Universal Heart that is inherently whole and undivided from the totality of life.

Develop a keener sense of being held by, and connected to, a field of loving awareness. Take home tools to live a more authentic, loving, and wakeful life.

Note Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
