The Essential Kripalu Retreat The Online Experience
- Presenter: Monique Schubert
COMPASSION IS WHERE WE BEGIN
There is something special that happens at Kripalu—a positive energy, a nurturing feeling, a sense of connection and exploration. That special something is no accident, it is rooted in the wisdom tradition of yoga, as taught by Swami Kripalu, whose very name means compassion. Offering kindness to ourselves and to others sets the stage for compassionate self-care.
Join others in this online program and eplore what's essential in life as you immerse yourself in a caring environment that supports your personal transformation. You will experience:
- Kripalu Yoga, both on and off the mat
- Meditation and mindfulness practices
- Simple, everyday self-care routines
Come join the Kripalu community in our signature program. Take a break from your day-to-day routine and find compassion through simple and empowering practices. Please note that the content of this program is inspired by the changing seasons and yoga, Ayurveda, and breathwork practices will be adjusted accordingly.
NOTE All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording for 30 days after the program ends.
