Illuminated Embodiment for Empowered Relationships

For everyone (both singles and couples welcome).

Relationships are the most rewarding and challenging aspects of our lives, yet we receive very little instruction for skillful relating. Come learn a set of simple practices that empower healthy, authentic relationships, by bringing your attention away from thought and into your felt physical experience. Activate illuminated embodiment through

  • Shifting from a thought-based, mental focus to a heart-based, embodied one
  • Practicing two 10- to 20-minute yoga and partner routines daily to enhance well-being in your life and relationships
  • Transmuting challenging emotions by facing fear with curiosity and compassion
  • Cultivating listening skills to deepen intimacy with self and others.

Presence in the body awakens your true human potential and your capacity for greater compassion and trust.
