Come explore the ancient traditions of the Q’ero people of Peru in a powerful program that celebrates feminine energy as the source of all creation. In the Q’ero culture, the women of the tribe are the creators and healers who deliver nourishment and change. Learn from the guided shamanic practices of Q’ero elders Donna Bernadine and Don Sebastián Pauccar Flores, alongside Kripalu and Jaguar Yoga instructors Ray and Nina Crist, how to use the feminine nature of fire and water.

Donna Bernadine, an elder of the Q’ero nation, is a healer and a leader. She was trained beginning at the age of seven by the elder women of her village in the Andes.

Nina Crist, codirector of the Jaguar Path School of Yoga and Shamanism, is a Kripalu Yoga teacher and black-belt martial arts instructor with 20 years of experience.
