Brett Cotter is the author of 3 Keys to Managing PTSD: The Warrior's Guide, founder of the Stress Is Gone wellness platform, and has 25 years of experience helping clients process the most traumatic events of their lives. He has taught the SIG Method in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, veteran service organizations, military bases, and world-renown retreat centers. Brett is the trauma expert for Meditation Magazine’s teacher training program, trains crisis counselors in the SIG Suicide Prevention Protocol, and teaches weekly, online. His certification programs are accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance. He is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and his core methodology is certified by the American Institute of Stress.
