Dan Millman
Presenter
Dan Millman is a former world champion athlete, coach, martial arts teacher, and college professor who has drawn on a global heritage of spiritual wisdom. After coaching an elite gymnastics team—including the top U.S. Olympian—and teaching courses “Life as an Art” at Stanford University and “Psychophysical Development” at Oberlin College, Dan founded Rent-a-Coach in 1981. He trained for 20 years with four master teachers and has written 18 books published in 29 languages. His classic, Way of the Peaceful Warrior, was adapted to film in 2006. Today, Dan travels widely and teaches in over thirty countries.
